Need to return or exchange a pair of shoes?
1. Email an exchange request to HelpingYouServe@missionshoe.com with the subject line of "Exchange" or "Return." Please include the invoice number, date purchased, items purchased, the correct sizes needed (if an exchange), as well as the name of the individual who purchased the shoes.
2. Within 1-2 business days you will receive an email with a return shipping label attached. Please print the label and attach it to the same box the shoes were shipped in. Please include all packing material.
3. Drop off the package at any UPS or USPS pick up location depending on the label and the shipping will be billed to our account.
4. The correct size shoes or a refund will be sent to you within 1-2 weeks. It's that easy!
NOTE: Shipping is non-refundable.
If ordering more than one shoe, and you are unsure about the size, it may be to your advantage to order one of each size then sending back the one that doesn't fit, so we can send you one that does.

Important American Express Notification
Please Note that if you pay with an AmEx card, there is an $8.00 return charge should you have to return anything. American Express does not refund any of its fees when a return is processed, and to re-coup losses, we must pass that on to the consumer. There are no return fees with Visa or Mastercard.
